Founding Headway Therapy is the realization of a dream I’ve had since first starting my career in psychology 15 years ago. Over my career, I’ve worked internationally, on the east coast. and here in San Diego.

And I’ve worked at some great organizations, but it’s always been more fulfilling for me to work in private practice. It provides an opportunity to form deeper therapeutic relationships with clients. I’m fortunate to have found a career where I can help people realize their potential – it’s very fulfilling. My vision for Headway Therapy is to create a warm, safe, and tranquil environment for connecting, healing and growing.

I’m passionate about therapy and become geek-ishly excited learning new things! I balance this all out with lots of downtime at the beach or in the mountains and adventuring with my husband and children.
