How I Practice Psychotherapy
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. My approach prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to explore what’s difficult.
I practice psychotherapy with attention to your emotional life, relationships, and nervous system. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, we look at the underlying patterns shaped by past experiences, attachment, stress, and trauma. These patterns often made sense at one point, even if they’re now getting in the way.
Therapy with me is thoughtful and paced. We work to build insight, emotional regulation, and self-trust while respecting your capacity and avoiding overwhelm. The goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to help you feel more grounded, connected, and able to move through life with clarity and agency.
Who This Work Is For
I often work with adults who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected internally. Many have tried to push through or manage on their own and are now looking for deeper, more meaningful change.

persistent anxiety, overthinking, or panic
